Welcome to the Autumn/Winter edition of the EF training newsletter.
As the daytime becomes shorter and the nights draw in our habits begin to change, which can have a huge impact on our overall mental well-being and mental health.
We have less sunlight which affects our vitamin D levels and lowers our serotonin levels. This important hormone affects our mood, sleep patterns and even appetite.
In this Newsletter, we would like to provide some helpful strategies to lessen the impact of these factors allowing you to embrace Autumn and get the most from, what can be, a beautiful time of year.
