The Architecture of Wellbeing: Building a Wellbeing Life |
The Architecture of Wellbeing: Building a Wellbeing Life |
In a world that equates success with speed and output, well-being often gets relegated to "when I have time." A quote saved during the grey days of late winter, about preservation, low expectations, and gentle discipline, became buried under the weight of perfectionism and self-doubt. But as spring quietly arrived, so did a realisation: growth doesn't demand transformation all at once. Like daffodils pushing through thawing ground, our own beginnings are small, steady, and persistent. Sometimes crossing the threshold alive is enough. |
